We are LIVE in the Android App store, with a beta trial of the world’s first android iPlacemark. We went live at 7 PM PST on 12/18/2009.
This beta version does not allow users to bookmark any location of their choosing for navigation shortcutting. This trial is hard coded to find the closest Starbucks only.
Don’t worry we are seeing positive results already and are hard at work creating more iPlacemarks for Android
